• Communication with users in chat and through the ticket system.
• Providing assistance and transferring technical requests to the appropriate department.

• Working with various emotional requests - calmly, attentively and professionally.

What will help you get started easily:

• Experience in customer support or understanding of principles quality service.
• English at B2+ level (written and spoken).
• Own computer and stable internet.
• Responsibility, openness and friendly attitude towards people.
