Customer care manager in Personalities, HR Company

Basic requirements: customer orientation and stress resistance; the ability to solve problems and think logically; knows how to correctly express his thoughts in the Ukrainian language; is able to explain and convey information in an accessible manner in correspondence mode; basic PC skills, understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level; basic Windows Server administration skills; English: below average and above; 1st line technical support experience would be an advantage; experience in Jira will be a plus; understanding the principles of working with user requests: systematization, determining the level of importance and priority of the request. Main duties: process customer requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures; study each situation individually, make decisions on based on the studied data; provide high-quality and effective customer support via phone, email and online chat; establish effective communications with all stakeholders, including within the team; advise on technical issues and provide explanations on the use of company software; identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
