Customer care manager in Personalities

The main requirements: customer orientation and stress resistance; ability to solve problems and think logically; able to competently express your thoughts in the Ukrainian language; is able to explain and convey information clearly in correspondence mode; basic PC skills, understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level; basic Windows Server administration skills; English: below average and above; experience of the 1st line of technical support will be an advantage; experience in Jira will be a plus; understanding of the principles of working with user requests: systematization, determination of the level of importance and priority of the request. Main duties: process customer requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with procedures companies; study each situation individually, make decisions based on the studied data; provide high-quality and effective customer support via phone, e-mail and online chat; establish effective communications with all stakeholders, including within the team; consult on technical issues and provide explanations about the use of the company's software; identify opportunities for improving processes and services.
