Customer care (remote, part-time) (Kharkiv) Innovative and dynamic company "IT" is a provider of services in the field of information technologies and provides business solutions, invites a responsible and energetic Customer care (remote, part-time) to the team. Responsibilities, which will be required to perform: provide high-quality and effective support to customers via phone, e-mail and online chat; process customer requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures; establish effective communications with all interested parties, including within the team; study each situation individually, make decisions based on the studied data; conduct consultations on technical issues and provide explanations on the use of company software; identify opportunities for improving processes and services. Candidate requirements: basic PC skills, understanding of work of modern systems and services at the user level; stress resistance and customer orientation; able to explain and convey information in an accessible manner in correspondence mode; able to express one's thoughts competently in the Ukrainian language; ability to solve problems and think logically; basic Windows Server administration skills; English: below average and above; 1st line technical support experience will be an advantage; experience working in Jira will be a plus; understanding of the principles of working with user requests: systematization, determining the level of importance and priority of the request.
