Customer care manager in Personalities, HR Company

Dynamic and innovative IT+ company, which is a leading provider of information technology services and provides business solutions, is looking for an energetic and responsible Customer care(remote, part-time).

Basic requirements:

• customer orientation and stress resistance;
• ability to solve problems and think logically;
• can express his thoughts competently in the Ukrainian language;
• is able to explain and convey information in an accessible manner in correspondence mode;
• basic PC skills, understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level;
• basic Windows Server administration skills;
• English: below average and above;
• 1st line technical support experience will be an advantage;
• experience working in Jira will be a plus;
• understanding of the principles of working with user requests: systematization, determining the level of importance and priority of the request.

Main duties:

• process customer requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures;
• study each situation individually, make decisions based on the studied data;
• provide high-quality and efficient customer support via telephone, e-mail and online chat;
• establish effective communications with all stakeholders, including within the team;
• conduct consultations on technical issues and provide explanations on the use of the company's software;
• identify opportunities for improving processes and services.
