Customer care (remote, part-time) (Kharkiv)

Innovative and dynamic company "IT" is a provider of services in the field of information technologies and provides business solutions, invites a responsible and energetic Customer care(remote, part-time).

Duties to be performed:

• provide high-quality and effective customer support via phone, email and online chat;
• process customer requests: collect, record and systematize information from customers in the CRM system in compliance with company procedures;
• establish effective communications with all stakeholders, including within the team;
• study each situation individually, make decisions based on the studied data;
• conduct consultations on technical issues and provide explanations on the use of the company's software;
• identify opportunities for improving processes and services.

Requirements for the candidate:

• basic PC skills, understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level;
• stress resistance and customer orientation;
• is able to explain and convey information in an accessible manner in correspondence mode;
• can express his thoughts competently in the Ukrainian language;
• ability to solve problems and think logically;
• basic Windows Server administration skills;
• English: below average and above;
• 1st line technical support experience will be an advantage;
• experience working in Jira will be a plus;
• understanding of the principles of working with user requests: systematization, determining the level of importance and priority of the request.
