- Experience working with clients (online/offline) - from 1 year
- Love for people and the desire to help - not out of obligation, but essentially
- Competent Ukrainian language (oral and written), pleasant communication style
- Speed of reaction and ability to prioritize requests
- Knowledge of services such as Gmail, Planfix or CRM will be a plus
- Interest in the fashion industry, a basic understanding of brand products is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of the English language
