We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent in the Promova team. The main purpose of this role is to interact with students who are learning English with Promova online tutors. In addition, you will provide support to tutors with any problems or queries related to grades, timetables and other relevant matters. This vacancy is ideal for those who speak English well and are starting a career. You will discover prospects for growth and improvement of qualifications. Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile application, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has been downloaded more than 14 million times, users have completed 35 million lessons together. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy the top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. Within the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots. Your area of ​​influence: Processing of incoming requests from users via email correspondence and Telegram chat; Maintaining strong relationships with clients, quick and professional resolution of their issues; Filling the tables with information about the activity of the teachers' users. For this you will need: English — Upper-Intermediate (B2); Excellent writing skills: grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary; Good communication skills; Ability to write e-mails and messages; Multitasking; Patience and attention to detail; Excellent self-organization skills.
