We are looking for a communicative and proactive Customer Care Agent to complement our Customer Care Team. 

We are developing a sales automation platform💜

🔹It is important for us:

- 1+ years of experience in the position of Customer Care

- Proficiency in English (oral and written) at the B2 level and above

- The ability to empathize and the desire to help customers in solving problems

- Sociability, activity and desire to learn new things

- Attention to details, multitasking

🔹What should you do?

- Providing high-quality support to users via live chat, mail

- Timely resolution of users' questions and technical problems

- Providing advice on the effective use of platform tools< /p>

- Communication with the technical team, regarding the solution of user problems

- Timely informing users about the solution of technical problems

- Collection and analysis of feedback, suggestions and expectations of users
