Customer Analytics Team Lead in ProKredit Bank / ProCredit Bank / ProCreditBank

JSC "ProCredit Bank" is a German bank with 100% foreign capital, which is part of the international group ProCredit Holding. We work to support the development and growth of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as private clients. 

We are looking for a retail business customer analytics team leader. If you have experience leading a team or feel the potential and readiness to grow into a leadership role, we would be happy to meet you for an interview for the position of Customer Analytics Team Lead / Team Lead of the Customer Analytics Department.

Functional responsibilities:

• Coordination and development of a team of analysts and their competencies
• Development and implementation of a customer analytics strategy for retail business
• Definition of key performance metrics of retail business
• Development and implementation of customer segmentation models
• Analysis of customer behavior and use of banking products
• Estimation of customer lifetime value (Customer Lifetime Value)
• Identification churn triggers and development of retention programs
• Analysis of customer experience and satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)
• Creation and validation of targeting for communications

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in retail banking or fintech — from 2 years
• Practical experience in customer segmentation, development of personas and customer journey mapping
• Knowledge of statistical of analysis methods
• Experience with SQL
• Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis
• Experience with BI systems (Tableau/Power BI)

Will advantage:

• English - B2+
• Experience of working with banking CRM systems
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Certifications in the field of analytics data
• Experience with loyalty management systems
• Knowledge of the specifics of digital sales channels
• Ability to work with Miro
