- Telephone support for our existing and new customers
- Advice on our mobile communications products and tariffs
- Processing of inquiries, complaints and disruptions
- Documentation of customer conversations and concerns System
- Support for contract extensions and -changes

- Safe handling of PC and Internet applications
- Friendly interaction with customers
- Sales and service-oriented communication
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German (C1 level)
