Customer Activation Specialist in Mars

Job Description:

• This role is responsible for Activation strategy deployment and tailoring of activation plans together with local One Demand team and local Customers
• This role will be driving cluster EBAs taking specifics of a local market for more customer centricity and actionability in activity development
• The purpose of this position is to deliver successful execution with Customers In line with cluster yearly plan & local KPIs

Key responsiblitilies

• close cooperation with local Demand & Sales teams, managing right execution of national activities (EBAs) at customer level
• managing Customer specific POS & temporary displays based on cluster toolkit
• understanding & collecting local customers’ needs and requirements for execution and aligning on them with One Demand while preparing annual plan
• developing tailored localized customer programs & selling stories
