What we expect from you:
• command of written English language at a level not lower than Upper-intermediate;
• commercial work experience in the field of IT sales or in a similar position from the 1st year;
• basic understanding of programming languages ​​and approach to software development;< br/>• the ability to personalize communication for the client;
• communication skills in chats/mail;
• skills in managing CRM systems.

It will be an advantage:
• basic understanding of SEO;
• experience with copywriting or linkbuilding;
• analytical skills;
• fast typing skills.

What will happen enter the area of ​​your responsibility:
• search and attraction of new potential customers on the platforms;
• processing customer requests on the sales platforms;
• preliminary communication with the customer;
• keeping records of the client base in the CRM system;
• communication support with consistent sending of reminders;
• keeping and presenting metrics.
