What we expect from you:
• command of the written English language at a level no lower than Upper-intermediate;
• commercial work experience in the field of IT sales or in a similar position from the 1st year;
• basic understanding of programming languages ​​and approach to software development;
• ability to personalize communication for the client;
• communication skills in chats/mail;
• skills in managing CRM systems.

Would be an advantage:
• basic understanding of SEO;
• experience with copywriting or linkbuilding;
• analytical skills;
• fast typing skills.

What will be included in your area of ​​responsibility:
• search and attraction of new potential customers on platforms;
• processing customer requests on sales platforms;
• preliminary communication with the customer;
• keeping records of the customer base in the CRM system;
• support communications with consistent sending of reminders;
• management and presentation of metrics.
