Job DescriptionJob Location: Patrick Space Force Base, FL. (This position will be in-person on Base AND/OR Telework)Years of Related Experience Required: 5 Years of related experienceDegree Requirement: BS/ BA is required.Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000. Salary is based on a candidate's specific criteria, years of experience, skillset, education, and training.Job Description: Prepares educational and instructional course materials such as outlines, instructor’s guides, student workbooks, instructional presentation media, test booklets, and survey forms. Develops interactive courseware content and coordinates courseware automation. Provides instruction to individuals, teams, and groups on selected subject matter. Creates instructional strategies based on science of learning principles. Leads teams of Curriculum Developers or Instructional Designers.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance, Education, or similar field. 5-10 years’ experienceDemonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and application. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Key skills or expertise:Curriculum developers – curriculum design expertise. Knowledge in human relations topics and expert knowledge in evaluation and certification of training programs.
