Functional responsibilities:

• Analysis of the financial activities of clients carrying out foreign economic activities, taking into account the risk-oriented approach
• Checking documents that are the basis for currency transactions (purchase of currency, transfers of funds, enrollment, etc.), and assessment of their validity
• Checking counterparties and clients for presence on sanctions lists (NSDC, OFAC, FATF, EU, UN, etc.)
• Making decisions regarding the economic feasibility and compliance of currency transactions with the financial capabilities and activities of clients
• Forming decisions: approving transactions, requesting additional documents or refusing them conducting
• Making well-founded conclusions in case of refusal to carry out a foreign exchange transaction
• Providing proposals for improving internal regulatory documents in the field of foreign exchange supervision.

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• +1 year of work experience in units of foreign exchange supervision, financial monitoring or in similar positions in banks
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine:
   • "On currency and currency operations";
   • "On the prevention and countering of legalization of income";
   • normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine on currency supervision and financial monitoring.
• Confident use of banking software (ABS B2)
• Understanding of accounting in banks, chart of accounts, financial enterprise reporting
• High analytical skills.
