We are looking for a candidate:

• With 1 year of project and team management experience, able to achieve results personally and lead a team to results .

• With an active and caring position, who knows how to develop and control the entrusted territory. Has a tendency to plan and actively achieve results on tasks.

• Who has high responsibility, punctuality and attention to details, knows how to predict and forecast actions in advance.

• A person who has a general understanding of the company's work within the framework of marketing, sales, analytics, operational and financial management.

• Has a minimum command of English intermediate level.

What exactly should an employee do in the position. :

• Coordination and management of the work of branches, in order to achieve the set goals.

• Monitoring and control of the compliance of existing businesses -processes with regulated requirements.

• Development of recommendations for improving the work of branches and ensuring the implementation of these recommendations.

• Monitoring and analysis of weekly branch performance indicators, including employee performance.

• Preparation of analytical reports for the owner on branch performance.

• Coordination interaction of branches with the central office, support and resolution of issues.

• Readiness for business trips.

Necessary skills and knowledge to perform jobs:

• Knowledge of business processes and their compliance with regulations.

• Ability to quickly understand the operation of online services,

be a confident PC user

• Ability to work with a large amount of data.

• Level of English sufficient for communication and preparation of reports.
