You will co-found the startup with product marketing expert, who has adeep understanding for user requirements and has learned marketing intuitive software over 20years atindirect competitors and agencies. About Eyre.ai : visual meeting assistant legaltech and insurtech marketing experience bootstrapped and ready for MVP Your role: You`d beworking closely with the co-founder team to develop and implement our tech strategy . Key responsibilities: Hands-on leadership indesigning and developing the AI/ML systems necessary for the product. Design, develop, deploy and maintain the software architecture with afocus onthe particular needs ofthe meeting assistant/productivity market, such asscalability, accuracy, focus onUX and data protection. Hire, lead and manage ateam ofengineers and software developers across various functions. Your profile: You are atalented, highly motivated and highly articulate tech leader with the experience of leading engineering teams for atleast one software product that achieved good scale. 2-3 years ofprofessional experience, which may include founding astartup orbeing employed inastartup oraglobal tech company. Strong passion for founding your own team, self-driven work style and ability toset your own goals. Fluent inUkrainian and English. Strong pluses: Front-end and back-end development: Lead the development ofour web-based software, focusing onboth front-end and back-end aspects. Data collection and LLMtuning: Collect data and fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) toexpand product functionality. Model maintenance and improvement: Maintain existing models and develop apipeline toenhance them using customer data. Recruitment and team management: Hire engineering staff, plan the technical product roadmap, and effectively manage the technical team Product strategy: Keep updated with the latest technology andAI trends tocontribute tothe product strategy. Startup representation: Foster partnerships, attend industry events (paid byus), and promote the company’s vision and achievements tostakeholders and the media.
