Our Jane AI intelligent meeting assistant turns plain text prompts into engaging meeting agendas and discussion points, while the meeting content serves as a basis for action points and follow-up communication — in a matter of seconds.
At the core of Eyre, we’re using the latest AI technology. To further enhance performance, we are looking to fine-tune an open source LLM soon.
AI meeting assistants is a multi-billion market, which is currently disrupted by the advancements in generative AI. We are in the starting blocks to attract further investment in the next few weeks and build a fast-growing business.
You will co-found the startup with product marketing expert, who has a deep understanding for user requirements and has learned marketing intuitive software over 20 years at indirect competitors and agencies.

Your role:
You`d be working closely with the co-founder team to develop and implement our tech strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Hands-on leadership in designing and developing the AI/ML systems necessary for the product.
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain the software architecture with a focus on the particular needs of the meeting assistant/productivity market, such as scalability, accuracy, focus on UX and data protection.
- Hire, lead and manage a team of engineers and software developers across various functions.
Your profile:
You are a talented, highly motivated and highly articulate tech leader with the experience of leading engineering teams for at least one software product that achieved good scale.
- 2-3 years of professional experience, which may include founding a startup or being employed in a startup or a global tech company.
- Strong passion for founding your own team, self-driven work style and ability to set your own goals.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
Strong pluses:
- Front-end and back-end development: Lead the development of our web-based software, focusing on both front-end and back-end aspects.
- Data collection and LLM tuning: Collect data and fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) to expand product functionality.
- Model maintenance and improvement: Maintain existing models and develop a pipeline to enhance them using customer data.
- Recruitment and team management: Hire engineering staff, plan the technical product roadmap, and effectively manage the technical team
- Product strategy: Keep updated with the latest technology and AI trends to contribute to the product strategy.
- Startup representation: Foster partnerships, attend industry events (paid by us), and promote the company’s vision and achievements to stakeholders and the media.
