CTO in ISR TECH

CTO Kyiv is a Ukrainian innovative technology company that develops and manufactures robotic systems. We create solutions that work remotely on land, outside and at sea. Mandatory requirements: Higher technical education/PhD in computer science, mathematics, electronics engineering. Experience as a CTO/Solution Architect or similar position. Excellent communication skills. Practical experience in developing asynchronous systems with distributed message processing; Understanding the development cycle of software and hardware complexes. Basic knowledge of radio communication technologies. Fluent in written and verbal English. Responsibilities: Management of 3+ technical teams. Development of the ecosystem of the company's products. Development of project system architecture. Assessment of technical complexity of projects, assessment of time and financial costs. Working with the HR team. Working with the Dev-Ops team. Desired skills: Understanding the principles of building private/public cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes. Experience in using tools for collecting system metrics, monitoring application logging in conditions of horizontal scaling. Experience in building the architecture of highly loaded systems. Mandatory experience (at least minimal) with the following technologies: Embedded software development (C/C++/C#). Python: requests/pandas/numpy/plotly, jupyter, etc. Experienced in AWS Docker/Docker Compose, Ansible, CI/CD Integration, GitHub Actions, experience in building automation pipelines. Experience with interfaces: Ethernet, UART, RS-485, CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, I2C. Knowledge of protocols, TCP/UDP, MQTT, Mavlink, gRPC. Management: Agile, Kanban, Scrum.
