Reporting to: CEO

Responsibilities:

• Management of technical initiatives: development and implementation of strategies in the field of technical innovation to achieve the company's key goals
• Leading a highly qualified technical team: promoting the development of teamwork and management to achieve common goals
• Tracking current trends and technologies: analyzing industry trends and implementing advanced approaches in the field defense industry
• Leadership in research initiatives: leading the process of research and integration of the latest technologies to ensure competitive advantage
• Ensuring a high level of expertise: implementing development strategies and using technical knowledge to achieve high results

• Creation and management of development teams

Knowledge and experience required:

• 5+ years of Embedded C, C++ and Python experience
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead
• Directly involved in product creation, development and iterations
• Experience working with Raspberry Pi (or other SBCs) and understanding of hardware features
• Knowledge of modern technologies in the field of computer vision (recognition algorithms, tracking)
• Knowledge of the structure of autopilots and their settings will be a plus ( e.g. ArduPilot)
• An understanding of aerodynamics will be a plus
• Experience with cross-process interaction and multi-threading is preferred
• Experience in the field of drone construction is preferred
• Technical education
