CSR Project Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. To implement this challenge and scale the CSR direction at SKELAR, we are looking for a CSRProject Manager. What is important for us is that a CSR Project Manager: Understands the selection, comparison and purchase of military goods (optics, communications, drones, defense ammunition, cars); , how to search for and receive the best price offers from suppliers in Ukraine and abroad; Systematically worked with a large volume of data and information; Partnered with large funds to launch large-scale projects; Covered the work and results of the CSR direction and organized fundraising events within the company. Communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation. What challenges await the CSR Project Manager: Working with requests from the military and monitoring their implementation; Management and improvement of the procurement process; Formation and expansion of the supplier base; Ensuring effective communication and interaction in the team and with other departments ; Launching large-scale initiatives and events; Systematic organization of feedback from the military (videos and photos, thanks, etc.). Working with documents to help the military (processing of requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance and Transfer from the Armed Forces to the military, accounting documents). to further develop tech businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine, we have created all the possibilities inside our venture builder: 8 infrastructure teams that help startups to solve any issues: from recruiting to finance and legal issues.
