CSR Project Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with the co-founders, we are gathering strong teams to launch the next big everything and win on global markets.

In 2022, another mission was added to the mission of building Ukrainian food companies - to bring victory To this end, we are developing the SKELAR foundation.

- During one and a half years of work, we have already directly helped more than 3,800 Ukrainian military personnel - relatives and friends of Skelari residents. And less than a week passes from receiving an application for aid to being sent to the front.
- Within the limits of the charitable initiative, educational hubs were opened from the technical aid organization "KoLeSo", where 26 thousand military, medics and civilians received training.
— Under the "Come Back Alive" initiative and together with other partner companies, an educational project for the military "Training Captains" was launched, which became the most powerful initiative from an IT company approaching victory, according to DOU Awards. What's next? And then the victory, in which we strive to invest even more and on a larger scale! To implement this challenge and scale up the CSR direction at SKELAR, we are looking for a CSR Project Manager.

What is important to us is that our candidate:
— Covered the work and results of the CSR direction and organized fundraising events within the company;
— Organized various charity events and initiatives;
— Was able to plan and coordinate projects for fundraising for charity and support of the Armed Forces;
— Knew how to search for and receive the best price offers from suppliers in Ukraine and abroad;
— Systematically worked with a large volume of data and information;
— Communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation.< /p>

What challenges await:
—Development of the charity direction of the company, scaling and launch of charity initiatives;
—Management and improvement of the procurement process and closure of employee requests;
— Ensuring effective communication and interaction within the team and with other departments;
— Reporting and document flow for all fund processes;
— Systematic organization of feedback from the military (videos and photos, thanks, etc.);
— Work with documents in assistance to the military (processing requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance and Transfer from the Armed Forces to the military, accounting documents).
