The 31 Group team is looking for a CSR manager to join the team, who will become a bridge between business and our social projects. Together, we will build permanent partnerships to achieve the goals of our social projects. Currently, it is the crowdfunding platform My City, the GladPet animal care and assistance project, and the Dopovydai fundraising platform.

Your skills:

  1. Experience in partnership development from 2 years.
  2. Ability to present projects.
  3. Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than C1.
  4. Ability independently seek opportunities for new partnerships and establish them.
  5. Independence in the work process and in decision-making.
  6. Experience in the public sector and with international partners will be an advantage.
  7. Customer orientation. Ability to identify and maximally satisfy the needs of all process stakeholders, create additional value for partners, and achieve a result that exceeds expectations.
  8. Negotiation skills. When reaching agreements with partners, it is necessary to defend the position of the organization. So the ability to stand your ground and convince others of its feasibility is very important for this position.
  9. Problem solving skills. Ability to solve problems and challenges that accompany the activities of the organization. Therefore, the ability to analyze the situation, formulate proposals for its solution, choose the best option, and analyze its consequences is an extremely important skill for this position.
  10. Orientation on team results.

The team is waiting for you:

  1. Formation of the database of existing and potential partners and its constant updating.
  2. Building relationships with new and existing partners, including those aimed at ensuring the financial stability of 31 Group (My City, GladPet, Report).
  3. Analysis of the current approach to partnerships of 31 Group (My City, GladPet, Report), improvement of current partnerships algorithms.
  4. Introduction of new trends and approaches to partnerships and development of new partnership models of the company.
  5. Search and expansion of the network of partners, answers to partnership requests, and their distribution in the team.
  6. Coordination of the preparation of commercial offers, estimates and presentations.
  7. Preparation of monthly reports to financial partners of 31 Group (My City, GladPet, Report).
  8. Participation in the organization of events and PR activities to achieve the goals.
  9. Promotion of the organization's products among existing and potential financial partners.
  10. Implementation and management of CSR activities to achieve the goals of 31 Group (My City, GladPet , Report).
