The 31 Group team is looking for a person in the team who will become a bridge between business and our social projects. Your skills:
- 2 years of experience in partnership building.
- Ability to present projects.
- Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than C1.
- Ability to independently seek opportunities for new partnerships and establish them.
- Independence during the process work and in decision-making.
- Experience of working in the public sector and with international partners will be an advantage.
- Customer orientation. Identify and maximize the needs of all stakeholders in the process. Ability to create additional value for partners and achieve results that exceed expectations.
- Negotiation skills. When reaching agreements with partners, it is necessary to defend the position of the organization. So the ability to stand your ground and convince others of its feasibility is very important for this position
- Problem solving skills. Our candidate is able to solve problems and challenges that accompany the organization's activities. Therefore, the ability to analyze the situation, formulate proposals for its solution, choose the most optimal option and analyze its consequences is an extremely important skill for this position

The team is waiting for you:
- Formation of a database of existing and potential partners and its constant updating.
- Building relationships with new and existing partners, including those aimed at ensuring the financial stability of 31 Group ( My City, GladPet, Report).
- Analysis of the current approach to 31 Group partnerships (My City, GladPet, Report), improvement of current partnership algorithms.
- Implementation of new trends and approaches to partnerships and development of new partnership models of the company.
- Search and expansion of the network of partners, responses to partnership requests and their distribution in the team
- Coordination of preparation of commercial offers, estimates and presentations
- Preparation of monthly reporting to financial partners of 31 Group (My City, GladPet, Report).
- Participation in the organization of events and PR activities to achieve goals.
- Promotion of the organization's products among existing and potential customers financial partners.
- Implementation and management of CSR activities to achieve the goals of 31 Group (My City, GladPet, Report).

- Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working dayfrom 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and finish from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
