Crypto Card Issuing Product Manager### Overview:The Crypto Card Issuing Product Manager will lead the development and management of crypto card issuance product. This role requires a combination of fintech understanding, expertise in blockchain technologies, and a background in payment solutions. You already went several cycles from getting Visa/MasterCard partnerships to integration with card processor, manufacturing and delivery partners for cards. ### Key Responsibilities:1. Product Vision and Strategy: - Develop a clear vision and strategic plan for crypto card products, aligning with both crypto market trends and traditional financial services. 2. Market and Competitor Analysis: - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the crypto card space.3. Cross-Functional Leadership: - Lead cross-functional teams, comprising engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations, to drive the product from ideation through launch.4. Product Roadmap Development: - Manage and prioritize the product development roadmap, incorporating feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market analysis to refine product features and offerings.5. User Experience and Design: - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that the crypto card interface is intuitive, secure, and user-friendly, providing a seamless experience for managing cryptocurrency transactions.6. Regulatory Compliance: - Navigate the complexities of financial regulations related to cryptocurrency transactions to ensure all products comply with legal standards and secure necessary approvals.7.
