CRO / Product Marketing Manager (Gambling) remotely Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing. What you will do: • Analysis of factors influencing v2reg and v2dep conversion; • Splicing of conversions v2reg and v2dep of the best benches of the market; • Control and management of v2reg and v2dep conversion; • Monitoring the flow of uhhotzhari users; • Interaction with the product, analytics, development team. What you will need for this: • 1 year of work experience in iGaming as CRO/Product Marketing; • Experience in long-term implementation of a strategy to improve website conversions; • Experience in managing v2reg and v2dep target conversion metrics within the product; • Experience of working with creatives; • Experience in conducting AB-tests, generation of hypotheses; • Experience in working with large volumes of data; • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, Hotjar; • Proficiency in English from level B1; • Self-management skills, ambition and involvement; • Strategic thinking and systematicity. It will be a plus: • Possession of Tableau and Figma; • Experience in AU/CA/DE markets; • Experience working in the Softswiss product.
