CRO / Product Marketing Manager (Gambling) in Novoplex

Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing. Right now we are looking for a CRO Manager to join our team to launch the direction from scratch and achieve cool results together. If you feel, that we can fit each other - apply and let's rock it! What you will do:• Analysis of influencing factors on v2reg and v2dep conversion;• Splicing of v2reg and v2dep conversions to the best market bench;• Control and management of v2reg and v2dep conversion;• Monitoring user flow in hotjar; • Interaction with the product, analytics, development team. What you will need for this: • Experience in iGaming as a CRO/Product Marketing from 1 year; • Experience in long-term implementation of a strategy to improve conversions on the site; • Experience in target management v2reg and v2dep conversion metrics within the product; • Experience with funnels and creatives; • Experience in conducting AB-tests, hypothesis generation; • Experience with large volumes of data; • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Hotjar; • Proficiency in English from level B1; • Self-management skills, ambition and involvement;• Strategic thinking and systematic. What will be a plus:• Proficiency in Tableau and Figma;• Experience with AU/CA/DE markets;• Product experience at Softswiss.
