CRO Manager (landing page) in Galaktica

We are the Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica, which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like the main product, has been around for 4+ years. This product is monetized and profitable, allowing us to grow and develop employees, scale, and invest in new internal startups. 
Now we are launching a new direction within our marketing department, for which we are looking for a LPO / CRO Manager.

The main goal will be the creation of new landing pages for the company's search in Google Ads, as well as the analysis and optimization of existing landing pages.

What skills and criteria now important to us:

• You have 2 years of commercial experience in managing landings;
• Created and optimized landings from scratch, you have real cases;
< li>You have a deep understanding of UI/UX (colors, texts, photos, controls). Implemented a new interface on the website (on the client side);
• Conducted and analyzed the results of A/B tests;
• Engaged in checking and testing analytics systems, configuring Hotjar/Clarity;
• Created event maps and analyzed user actions on the site;
• Know basic marketing metrics;
• Worked with Webflow/WIX/Tilda/Frame etc;
• And also GA4, GTM.

It will also be a big plus if you have:

• Experience in setting up interactive elements (sliders, carousels, forms);
• Experience in implementing animations;
• Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 layout (semantic/adaptive/responsive layout);
• li>Basic knowledge of JS (at the level of working with DOM);
• Experience of working with WordPress.

What will happen include in your duties:

• Create highly converting landing pages (UI/UX, analytics, design and layout);
• Analyze and optimize existing landing pages;
• You will monitor competitor landings, their best practice and analyze the mechanics of work;
• You will work on the marketing and technical efficiency of landings to achieve the necessary results;
• Prepare documents with a plan tasks to optimize each type of page. Determine the priority hypotheses for improving the landing page interface;
• Engage in setting up A/B testing of hypotheses;
• Analyze the data based on the results of A/B testing for the previous month and form conclusions (for the second month of the second stage , when the data for the first optimized page will be collected). You will develop reports based on the results of page optimization.
