We are looking for an experienced and structured CRO Manager with a strong background in iGaming Affiliate projects, able to systematically increase conversion due to data-driven approach, A/B-testing and deep work with the funnel.

Requirements:
- Experience in the iGaming / Affiliate gambling niche in a similar positionfrom 2 years;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data:
Google Analytics 4: configuration of events, conversions, user journey + CR / DR analysis by pages, brands, GEO, intent;
Google Tag Manager (GTM): control of clicks, redirects, outbound event;
Affiliate analytics: clicks > redirects > registrations > deposits, as well as search for losses at each stage;
- CRO and UX gambling projects:
Understanding UX flow of sites: brand satellites, review, slot pages;
Skills: forming hypotheses based on data and placing priorities (ICE / PIE / Impact vs Effort);
Optimization experience: order of brands, casino cards, comparison tables, trust-blocks;
- A/B testing:
Starting and conducting A/B or split tests;
Understanding: statistical significance, sample size, test time;
Documentation of results and scaling of successful solutions;
- SEO ? CRO:
Intent analysis (brand / non-brand, transactional / informational);
Skills: identify conversion and non-conversion clusters, compare the intent of requests and the structure of the landing page;
Preparation of clear recommendations to the SEO team with a focus on CR;
- Business thinking:
Analysis of CR by brands: comparison of offers, influence of GEO, types of deals (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid);
Working skillscommunicate with Affiliate managers: request tests, initiate new conditions, support everything with numbers;
- Structural approach, independence and responsibility for the result;
- English from B1.

Willingness to complete the test task!

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and optimization of affiliate conversions gambling projects;
- Building and maintaining a CRO funnel;
- Finding growth points and bottlenecks in analytics and UX;
- Running A/B / split-tests and scaling successful solutions;
- Analysis of CR brands, GEO and traffic types;
- Interaction with SEO, aff-managers, designers and developers;
- Preparation of weekly reports based on results and experiments.

Will be a plus:
- Mastery of tools: GA4 + BigQuery, Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase, basic SQL;
- Cohort analysis (reg > dep > redep);
- Multi-step funnels (pre-lander > review > brand > FTD);
- Work with micro-conversions;
- Understanding differences of SEO vs PPC traffic;
- Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEO;
- Knowledge of regulatory restrictions of gambling in GEO.
