CRO / Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist in FireLink Media

We are currently looking for a CRO / Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will deal with improving conversions and user behavioral metrics on an international project.

  What you need to do:
   

• Analysis of the site not only from the point of view of partners, but also of general user behavior;
• Finding and implementing solutions to improve registration conversion and other targeted actions;
• Working with the conversion funnel: understanding its stages and influencing key points;
• Working with analytical reports and data interpretation;
• Interacting with design, development and commercial teams;
• Forming requests to the analyst in the absence of the necessary data;
• Generating and testing hypotheses in short iterations.


         Necessary background:
 

• Experience of working with conversions / analytics / growth from 1 year;
• Understanding the principles of building a conversion funnels;
• Ability to work with analytical tools;
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analytics;
• Experience in working with hypotheses and their testing (A/B or other approaches);
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, systematize and analyze data;
• English language not lower than B1-B2 level;
• Analytical and systematic approach to work.
  
  Would be a plus:
   
• Experience in e-commerce, product or iGaming;
• Proficiency in languages other than English.

How we interact with by candidates:
 

1st stage: online interview with the recruiter (up to 40 minutes);
