What is required of you:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM in the field of iGaming;
- Experience with the VIP segment;
- Experience with the GR8 platform (preferred);
- Understanding approaches to personalized communication (email/SMS/push/messengers);
- Confident knowledge of casino mechanics (bonuses, tournaments, individual offers);
- Experience in building retention strategies for high-value users;
- Deep understanding of CJM for VIP: identification of growth points, bottlenecks, optimization of experience;
- Strong analytical skills: segmentation, LTV, behavioral analysis;
- Experience with A/B testing and working with hypotheses;
- Ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions.
Your mission if you accept the challenge:
- Development and implementation of CRM strategy for the VIP segment;
- Building and development of personalized scenarios of interaction with high-value players;
- Creation and optimization of VIP CJM: from onboarding to re-activation;
- Launch of individual offers, bonuses, promos and gamification mechanics for VIPs;
- Working with trigger and lifecycle campaigns with an emphasis on personalization;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of communications and impact on key metrics (LTV, retention, ARPU);
- Generation of insights and initiatives for the growth of the VIP segment;
- Close interaction with product, analytics and marketing teams;
- Setting tasks and monitoring execution in ClickUp/Jira.
Would be a plus: - Intermediate English;
- HTML/CSS (template editing);
- Experience with a sports book;
- Experience in building VIP programs (loyalty/tiers/rewards).
