We are looking for an ambitious and experienced sales manager to develop our business in the Polish market. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle of our NetHunt CRM system, from lead qualification to deal closing and customer management.
NetHunt CRM is a reliable Ukrainian CRM for B2B companies. Database organization, sales funnel, business process automation, tasks and team performance monitoring - all in one CRM system.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting qualifications inbound lead traffic.
- Active search for new customers on the Polish market.
- Product sales using online meetings.
- Building long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Preparation of commercial offers.
- Analysis of the market and competitors.
- Participation in marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales as an Account Executive.
- Sales experience in the IT sphere (outsourcing, product tech companies).
- Work experience in the same company in the position of Account Executive for at least one year.
- Fluency in the Polish language.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Analytical abilities.
- Strategic thinking.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Orientation to the result.
- Proactivity.
- Communicability.
