CRM system implementation specialist in Bon Sens

We are looking for a CRM implementation specialist. We teach from scratch, give support at the start and help you grow into a consultant or business analyst. More important than experience is your desire to understand, think systematically and work with clients. 

Requirements for the candidate

• logical thinking and the desire to understand processes; 
• ability to clearly explain and communicate with people; 
• basic understanding of business operations (at a general level); 
• willingness to learn (experience is optional).

Responsibilities

• communication with clients and understanding their business processes; 
• adjustment of the Odoo system according to the client's tasks (after training); 
• participation in system launch; 
• teaching users to work in the program;
• customer support after implementation.

Will be an advantage

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Odoo, Bitrix24, 1C, or others).
• Understanding sales, production, warehouse processes.
• Experience in conducting training.

Employment:full

Format work: remotely. 

Work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are weekends
Direction: implementation and training of customers to work in the CRM system
