Functional responsibilities: Setting up the system for the business processes of the client's company. Consulting support for users. Interaction with the development department at the level of writing tasks for system modification, time and quality control execution. Writing documentation for system users. Participation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system implementation projects. Teamwork in accordance with the project management methodology adopted by the company. Reporting on the work performed. Studying the system to understand the general purpose of the system and the functionality used by the company and the client. What we expect from you: Experience working with CRM systems as an analyst or implementation consultant. It will be a plus: Understanding of the enterprise's business processes. Possession of business process optimization methods.
