We are currently looking for two employees to join the existing Creatio implementation team for the position of Junior Support/Configuration Engineer. Most of our current team members came to us with no CRM or IT experience. If you also have no experience, but you want to learn in 2-3 months, feel free to send your resume. We have developed a special internship program that allows an employee to master this position from scratch. The duration of the first stage of the internship will be from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your skills.

Goals and tasks you will face:

The main goal of the position is to solve the client's tasks within the given deadline. Most likely, most likely at the start of the internship, you will not know the product that we are implementing, so we will provide for you:

  • going through a full cycle of training on the product; — access to the knowledge base;
  • taking additional training and certification courses paid for by the company;
  • the possibility to contact the specialized support of the vendor (manufacturer);
  • internal consultations and working groups to improve the qualification of knowledge;

Your tasks and obligations:

  • reception of applications and requests in writing and in oral form;
  • registration of 100% of requests in written form;
  • initial processing of 100% of requests received;
  • determination of the type of request (consultation or refinement of the function);
  • execution/solution of the request/task.

Working conditions:

  • Currently, most of our employees work remotely, with objective circumstances. The main office is in the city of Chernihiv, you can work remotely or in the office of your choice.
  • We will provide you with all the necessary tools to perform your tasks.
  • Standard work schedule is from 09:00 to 18:00, but you can work according to your schedule, the main thing is that it does not negatively affect the projects of clients.
