Global digital -holding company, which is represented in 90+ countries of the world, is looking for a CRM Support Manager to work on your own internal product.

We offer work on creating a product that automates business -processes within a large organization. 

If you gravitate towards deep product immersion and have the talent analyze problem areas, look for solutions and then implement them together with the team - this offer is for you.

Your duties will include:

• Support of existing users in the work of the CRM system;
• Creation of new teams, users, helps them with settings in the system ;
• Help with the launch of new teams, presentation of system operation to them;
• Creation and improvement of already existing manuals (text, screencasts).
  
  

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Have previous work experience in similar duties;
• Have direct user support setup experience; 
• Have good communication skills, like to identify existing problems in order to correct them in the future;
• Have a level of English Intermediate+ (specialist will develop and improve the system flow, the system language is English).
