We are looking for a CRM & Retention marketing manager who will help us build warm, personalized communications with customers and increase their loyalty to the brand.

We are waiting for you if you have:

Hard skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and tools for e-mail/SMS/Viber mailings.
  • Ability to segment the client base by behavioral and transactional indicators.
  • Skills for creating e-mail newsletters: writing texts, visual preparation, basic layout of templates.
  • Development and setting up of triggered and automated chains.
  • CRM analytics: OR, CTR, CR, churn, repeat purchases, LTV.
  • Understanding the basics of retention marketing and working with the buyer at different stages of the life cycle.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for e-mail (preferred).
  • Working with Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of the basics of analytics and data interpretation.

Soft skills:

  • Analytical thinking and attention to details – ability to work with numbers, draw conclusions and make decisions based on data;
  • Systematic and organized – ability to plan, work to deadlines. 
  • Independence and proactivity – the ability to propose new solutions, not just to complete tasks.
  • Creativity – generating new ideas for advertising, messages, proposals.
  • Result orientation – focus on achieving KPIs (leads, sales, ROMI).
  • Communication – the ability to work with a team (designers, copywriters, sales) and contractors.

Your tasks:

  1. Managing CRM communications: e-mail, SMS, Viber mailings.
  2. Segmentation of the customer base and work with each segment separately.
  3. Projects to expand the customer base. 
  4. Creation of personalized campaigns: idea, offer, texts, visuals, e-mail layout.
  5. Launch and optimization of regular and trigger mailings.
  6. Formation of content plan and communication calendar.
  7. Analysis of the effectiveness of each campaign and impact on repeat sales and LTV.
  8. Constant improvement of the retention strategy and the quality of interaction with the existing audience.
  9. Cooperation with designer, copywriter, SMM and e-com team if necessary
