  • Experience as a CRM/Retention Manager in iGaming. 
  • Experience in setting up CRM systems.
  • Experience in building a complete Customer Journey Map, trigger chains and email funnels.
  • Skills in managing CRM campaigns on all communication channels.
  • Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs and VIP programs.
  • Confident command of analytical tools: Tableau, Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of key KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Churn, retention, CTR.
  • Experience in building an analytics and reporting system for CRM campaigns.
  • Skills in user segmentation and managing their life cycle.
