What we expect from you
- Experience as a CRM/Retention Manager in iGaming.
- Experience in setting up CRM systems.
- Experience in building a complete Customer Journey Map, trigger chains and email funnels.
- Skills in managing CRM campaigns on all communication channels.
- Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs and VIP programs.
- Confident command of analytical tools: Tableau, Power BI.
- Deep understanding of key KPIs: LTV, ARPU, Churn, retention, CTR.
- Experience in building an analytics and reporting system for CRM campaigns.
- Skills in user segmentation and managing their life cycle.
- Creativity and the ability to create interesting and relevant content.
- Experience in email deliverability management.
- Proficiency in English. in a language at the B1 level.
Your tasks
- CRM system setup and management.
- CRM strategy development and optimization in accordance with business goals.
- Development of communication strategies, user retention and return strategies.
- Development of VIP programs and loyalty programs.
- Planning, launch and optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, in-game messages, etc.).
- Setting up automated flows, triggers and user journeys.
- User segmentation.
- Collection and analysis of CRM campaign results.
- Tracking and optimization of KPIs: LTV, ARPPU, Retention, Churn.
- Conducting A/B tests to increase efficiency.
- Analysis of competitors and user base for relevant offers.
