CRM Retention Manager (Email marketing) in King Grup

We are a strong and driven team, and we are currently looking for another cool player - a CRM Retention Manager, who will help us build an effective and thoughtful strategy for communicating with users via email, push and SMS.
If you know how to create newsletters that open, pushes that don't annoy, and messages that bring users back again and again - let's get to know each other! Together, we will increase engagement, loyalty and key retention indicators.

It will be cool if you:

• Have experience working with email, sms, web-push mailings and other messengers, or as a content manager — from 1 of the year;
• You understand Real-time retention marketing;
• You like to be creative when creating letter templates;
• "Eat the dog" in setting up and warming up mailers - it will be a plus, but not necessary;
• You have good time management skills;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• It is great if you have experience in copywriting, but not necessarily;

What you need to do:

• Work and develop the direction of e-mail mailings;
• Be fully responsible for the process of creating and conducting marketing campaigns;
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
• Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design and content). to create creative messages, notifications, and push notifications;
• Conduct A/B testing and find ways to improve CR and Open Rate based on data;
• Use CRM tools to track and analyze customer behavior and preferences.

• Create user segments and build for them mailing chains, conduct regular analysis of key indicators and optimize the strategy based on their analysis.
