Knowledge and skills:

• Practical experience in gambling from 2 years
• Experience of working with the European market
• Understanding the customer life cycle Journey) and the ability to build retention strategies
• Experience in conducting A/B tests, planning and testing hypotheses
• Ability to work with client bases, the ability to build logical segments
• Experience with fasttrack or optimove will be a plus
• Organization (automation) of personalized programs/logics for user life cycle management using various retention channels (email, push, SMS)
• Upper-Intermediate English language

Tasks:

• Development of trigger chains - welcome campaigns, etc.
• Development of bonus programs for casinos
• Development of a full-fledged communication strategy (including personalized promos, seasonal promos) for the main and in-depth segments of users
• Promo campaign optimization
• Setting tasks for the bonus department, email marketing
• Argumentation and advocacy of their decisions and strategies
• Cooperation with designers, analysts, email marketers, PO
