Our platforms need a CRM Retention Manager, whose main task will be to develop a strategy to retain and return our users using email, SMS, and push notifications and much more.

What will need to be done:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users.
  • Use CRM tools to track and analyze customer behavior and preferences.
  • Implement personalized communication strategies for different player segments.
  • Use different channels, including \ email, SMS and in-app messages, to interact with players.
  • Analyze and use statistical data to adapt retention strategies and improve the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments: product team, marketing, customer support, analytics to optimize the player journey.
  • Provide TOR to developers to implement tools and CRM systems.
  • Track key user retention and retention metrics.
  • Implement strategies, A/B test different retention strategies to determine the most effective approaches.
