We will be glad to meet the "CRM Project Manager" Important: 5+ years of project management experience — business process automation projects with specific achievements and results. Expertise in CRM implementation: successful experience in CRM system implementation, with the opportunity to present portfolio of projects where you played a key role. Experience of interaction with software developers - consultants/business analysts. Ability to collect and formalize business requirements, conduct market analysis and compare existing systems and contractors. Experience of leadership within project teams. Experience in organizing product testing and implementation, transferring the project to support, organizing trainings and communications. General knowledge of SDLC, principles of building systems and project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), designing business processes. We expect: Management of the CRM system implementation project — collection and formalization of business requirements; Organization and provision of collection and documentation of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements for the target business process; Ensuring the development of technical tasks/specifications with a detailed description of the requirements of all technical documentation for the project; Communication and cooperation with various departments and interested parties in the project, Interaction with developers; Estimation of labor costs and duration of work, development of specifications , the ability to draw up technical and project documentation and formulate requirements for system integration; Budget and project plan management; Project risk management.
