CRM Product Manager Kyiv We are looking for an effective CRM Product Manager to join the team. Your main task: to organize the work process and to be responsible for the implementation of our CRM system and future projects Duties of the future Product Manager: Preparation of requirements for development, as well as collection of requests from teams to fill CRM Creation of a product road map Technical construction and improvement of the product, according to the Road Map. Construction of technical business — documentation in the development of CRM, as well as coordination of the creation of product requirements documentation, such as user stories, use cases, user interfaces, etc. Setting tasks and monitoring their execution, testing the product and receiving estimates, coordinating actions by managers and the development team. Searching for the best business solutions, optimal in terms of time and scope of work, taking into account the complexity of the project. Managing communications with internal development teams and other stakeholders. Collection of requirements from users and their translation into specific functional requirements for development. The requirements of our ideal Product Manager: Experience in the development of multi-level systems of cross-services. Experience in writing technical and business documentation. Knowledge of various CRM systems and platforms for campaign management. Deep understanding of data analytics (GA, Hotjar, Power BI or equivalent).
