We expect from you: At least 1 year of work experience in marketing/CRM; Knowledge of the principles of operation of omnichannel communication systems and CRM marketing; Ability to work with analytics systems (BI, Google Analytics); Understanding of data analytics and its importance for CRM marketing (databases, principles of collection, storage, operations with them); Experience with segmentation users; Orientation on the company's business results - Sales, Net profit; At least intermediate knowledge of English is also required. Knowledge of programs will be an advantage: Basic knowledge of HTML for building email; Understanding of MySQL queries; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (any other CRM system). Your tasks: Automation of marketing communications: set up service, trigger and marketing communications with users for the mobile application and the goodwine online store - e-mail distribution and push messages; Analyze, segment and maintain the user base, administer the goodwine loyalty program; Analyze results, improve the indicators of communication of materials; Establish promotional mechanisms that will act omnichannel - establishment and testing, support of cashiers.
