Useme is a platform operating since 2013, thanks to which a freelancer can get new orders, issue an invoice without running their own business and secure remuneration in the contract with a new client, and the client can find and settle his subcontractors. For years, we have been a leader in the settlement of remote work in Poland, and now also in Central and Eastern Europe.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a marketing automation enthusiast with experience in managing CRM tools. If you are a person who is not afraid of challenges, is proactive and strives for continuous improvement of processes (+ meets the following requirements), then send us your CV!

Our requirements:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation
• You speak English at a minimum level. B2 (communicative)
• You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights
• You have a natural desire to improve processes through testing and experimenting
• You are a proactive person in analyzing activities and looking for new solutions
• You like to fully use the technical capabilities of tools (mainly HubSpot)
• You know the basics of GDPR

• Knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Hub and Service Hub)
• Experience in sales automation and customer service

Your responsibilities:

• You implement automations and other creations in HubSpot: workflows, e-mails, notifications, landings pages, forms, lists, etc.
• You conduct A/B tests and experiments
• You proactively create and analyze reports
• You ensure full use of the technical aspects of HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Service Hub)
