You will work with performance traffic, develop effective communication strategies and directly influence key business indicators.
Ability to create effective omnichannel communication chains to increase the conversion of performance traffic.
Experience in working with large volumes of data, their aggregation, deep analysis and formation of insights.
Practical experience in conducting A/B tests, validation of results and optimization of marketing metrics based on them.
English language skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities:
Development and launch of regular promotional campaigns for performance traffic in order to increase engagement and conversion.
Creation and optimization of campaigns in various channels (Email, SMS, Push); building funnels with a focus on ROI.
Deep analysis of campaign results, monitoring key metrics and implementing improvements to increase efficiency.
Collaboration with related teams (designers, copywriters and other specialists) to create quality mailings and creatives.
Participation in the formation of the promo calendar, testing new hypotheses and conducting A/B experiments to determine the most effective strategies (for example, increasing the Open Rate).
Generation and implementation of new ideas to optimize processes and increase profitability.
