In connection with the opening of a new direction, we are looking for a CRM marketing department team -manager.

What will be included in your duties:< /strong>

• Organization and control of CRM work processes;
• Development, administration and analysis of the effectiveness of the loyalty program;
• Segmentation of the client base and building effective personal communications;
• Maintenance and updating of the customer database;
• Organization and technical support in creating campaigns and analysis of the customer base;
• Working with various communication channels and introducing new ;
• Interaction with marketing and category management departments.

You are our star if:

• You have 1 year of experience as a CRM manager
• You understand the principles of CRM systems
• You know how to analyze customer data and campaign results
• You understand customer needs and behavior , tools and mechanisms of influence
• You know how to write technical tasks for the development or refinement of functionality
• You can take responsibility and achieve the set goals
• Initiative, willing to develop, orientated for the result
