CRM manager, programmer, business analyst in Terevega E. V., FLP

A light industrial company with a multi-channel sales system is looking for a motivated and energetic specialist for the position of CRM manager with programming skills. Responsibilities: Setup, implementation and support of the CRM system to ensure its optimal operation and compliance with the company's needs; Training users and providing support to users regarding the use of CRM tools and functionality; Analysis and improvement of business processes (development of algorithms and instructions), their automation using built-in CRM functionality and other tools (implementation of custom solutions, etc.); Monitoring and analysis of the results of using the CRM system to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization; Ensuring the integration of the CRM system with other software tools (1C, etc.) of the company, active participation in the design and implementation of the ERP system on this basis; Writing technical tasks for developers and support to final implementation. Expectations: Knowledge of PHP, SQL, REST API, 1S Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix 24 will be an advantage); Proactivity, logical thinking, attention to details; Willingness to improve skills and learn new technologies; Experience in system administration (including server, network and database management). Additional experience in the administration and support of the video surveillance system will be an advantage.
