What is required of you:< /p>

• Experience of working in CRM from 6 months;
• Experience of working in the field of gambling mandatory;
• Experience working with various communication channels;
• Understanding the customer life cycle in an online casino;
• Understanding casino mechanics;
< li>Experience with GR8 platform will be a plus;
• Basic knowledge of Figma will be a plus;

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS will be a plus.

Your mission if you accept the challenge:

• Maintain an up-to-date CRM calendar;
• Execute and analyze campaigns for activation, retention and re-engagement players;
• Creation of customer path and segments;
• Creation of campaigns with different types of communication campaigns;
• Prompt resolution of operational issues of support and call center;

• Work with design and content teams to ensure timely and interesting promotions;
• Work with bonus campaigns;
• Timely completion of assigned tasks;
• Work with as a click-up task manager and setting tasks;

• Cooperate with other departments: casino, marketing, support, etc.
